Friday, August 17, 2012 | 8:48 AM | 0 comments It's the long weekend!Selemat Hari Raya to all my Muslim friends, I hope you guys have an awesome time with friends and family on this special, special day and weekend. :) Today's work was alright, good in fact. Mr Pala asked me to source for May's leaving gift so I spent half the day calling people to make reservation at ABSOLUTELY LUXURIOUS food places and I spent another half of the day looking at polaroid cameras and vintage watches. Got off work, got on the sub, went straight home, no one was home despite the fact that mum said " TODAY FIRST DAY OF HUNGRY GHOST FESTIVAL SO MUST COME EARLY" so I got me my healthy crackers and a Barcadi and plopped down on a sofa and watched me some Minute to Win it. AHHHH LIFE. but of course, that's not all. I could sit there forever, but Khairul asked me to go lepak and lepak we went. We just have moments like this you know, sometimes we act like married couple and sometimes we get really zoned out even though we're around each other. But sometimes, a lot of times, actually, just like today, it's just a very nice, contented feeling. It was a GREAT friday and I'm really happy. Tomorrow I'm going for dental which is one thing that has been causing me a bit of a problem so I really hope to get it over and done with! Wish me luck! |
