Monday, June 24, 2013 | 7:02 AM | 0 comments Last weekend marked my 2nd month of being a PLE at Mediacorp Chinese Drama Department. It has been an intense 2 months, my least favourite part being looking for an office for murder to take place. As of now, I would say i like this job, you get to travel (around Singapore) and it allows you to meet lots of people , nice ones and horrid ones. Weird thing is, after starting work, I realized that I actually have a lot of time on hand. On weekends, I find myself settling into the comforting feeling of being in bed with a book. I sometimes get the panicky feeling that I'm wasting my youth doing this, but now I get that feeling so much less. Is this growing old ? :0 Also, update on the haze, SINGAPORE WE MADE IT! (or so i think). Anyway, now we have clear skies and hopefully, clouds! Never felt so grateful for these things previously. Update on social life (hahhahahahah, what social life?). Anyway, I really miss my friends. I miss Mon, gone to the far away land of London & living her dream life, so happy for her but sometimes I selfishly wish she was back here. I miss Kandy, who I met up recently with to get my graduation gown from. (Will upload graduation photos if I can!) A changing point for all of us. Can't wait to see where life takes each and everyone of my friends and myself in 5 years or 10. |
