I know the knowledge that you’ve hurt someone can bring a bag full of guilt into you. But there’s no other way in breaking up with him without hurt, especially if he loves you. You just have a serious talk with him, tell him all the feelings you used to feel about him and how lucky you are to have him, explain gently that you just can’t commit or any reason why you’re breaking up with him. Just put your words slowly and gently so that it won’t hurt that much. I know it will be hard, but that’s just how things are.:( I’m sorry.
